I want to send you my CV/resume. What’s the best way to do that?

Generally, we only look at CVs if they are sent as part of an application for a current vacancy. To find out if there is a suitable role for you and to apply online – with your CV if requested – review our open roles

How long will it take to apply online?

Our application process should take between 3-5 minutes to complete.

Do I need to submit my CV in a specific format?

No. Just use the format you would normally use in your country?

Where does GDS have offices?

We currently have offices in Bristol, New York, Kosovo and Miami

What benefits does GDS offer?

Our benefits package includes competitive compensation, outstanding commission plans, international mobility and extensive career development and opportunities

I’ve applied for a position, but have not heard anything yet?

We're sorry that you haven't heard back from us. We have a high number of applications  so sometimes  we are not able to get back to everyone personally. If  you do not hear from us within 30 days, please assume it is not the right position for you at this time.

If I am not successful, can I apply again?

Yes, you can apply again, but you will need to make a new application.

What does the recruitment process look like?

At GDS, our recruitment process is agile, just like us! If your application is successful, a member of our recruitment team will schedule an initial phone interview with yourself, to learn more about your career and future aspirations. If there is a match, you will be invited into a face to face interview so you can learn more about GDS and we can learn more about you. If your application is successful, we’ll contact you to agree on the terms of your employment. Your new career at GDS will start with a comprehensive company onboarding experience.

How should I prepare for my interview?

Do your research. Make sure you understand our business is all about. You should be able to explain why GDS is the best choice for you. At the interview, it’s important to make a good first impression, so make sure you dress to impress and present yourself professionally. We understand that it is natural to be nervous at an interview. But be confident. We want to see and hear you at your best. Remember – if we have invited you to an interview, it’s because we think you could be the right person for the job. We want you to succeed. An interview with GDS is not just about us asking you questions. It’s an excellent opportunity for you to ask us questions. Remember, an interview is your chance to persuade us of all the benefits that come from hiring you. We expect you to sell yourself, so be ready to talk about your strengths and achievements. Think about the things that set you apart. Even if your interview doesn’t lead to a job at GDS this time, it doesn’t mean you’ll never join GDS.
